The front office employees are extremely helpful and overall very friendly and professional. Also Charles the maintenance man is always on top of things and always willing to help with anything.

The outside areas around the buildings look less than appealing. A good pressure washing would certainly help to make the place look better and maybe keep some of the many bugs away. For the value, the amenities are nice.
I'm not interested in relocating to an other unit next year. I am perfectly happy where I am. Thanks! :-)

The staff is incredibly friendly, a great change from the apartment complex where I previously lived. The repair guy is great and very friendly: it's nice to have a familiar face coming to help when something's broken rather than some stranger breaking into the apartment. The complex itself is in a nice location. It's conveniently located near campus and it's not a far drive from anything. On a downside, many of the appliances in the apartment are outdated and work poorly (we've had problems with both our dryer and refrigerator). There's also no tv that comes with the furnished living room, unlike most apartment complexes.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
