Overall, I am very pleased with living here. The front staff is always very courteous and friendly.
The one thing I would complain about it is the water temperature. Frequently, when I get home from work, the water is cold and it drives me INSANE!
I like the location and the maintenance staff. A few of the office staff members could be a little more friendly.
The location is about the only positive for this building. When I moved in, the apartment was absolutely disgusting. Some low rate painting company did a horrible job of COMPLETELY covering the interior of the apartment in a sub par paint job. The carpets had to be steam cleaned a second time because they were still black with dirt. The bathroom and kitchen were covered in grime and grease. If I had know the apartment I was being leased would have been so disgusting I would have never signed a lease and paid the extra money to live in a clean apartment.
Great location, could use apt remodeling. The office and the model apts are waaay more upgraded than the regular apts the rent out
It isn't really big or really nice, but it is great for the kind of apartment I need.
