I have been there 3 years and have not really had a problem.
Dog feces, dopping is a big problem in front of my apartment on a daily bases. I can not open my windows to get the fresh air in, also on hot day it really bad when I come home.
Overall the location has been great because it is close to my office but over the past few months my water bill has doubled. I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and my first 2 years my water bill has been consistently average about $35 but this past few months it has jumped to average $65 without any explanation. The office has help checked but they didn't give me any concrete reason.
pool crashers and people that think its ok to bring 5+ nonresident to the pool. some hand wipes in the gym . new windows to replaces the 30 year old single pain glass the you can hear every thing going on out side and are not energy saving .
Decent location. Lovely details in home and landscaping. Maintenance requests were not done in a timely matter or simply ignored. Condescending staff.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
