I love the location of Salamanca Pointe, so close to everything! Great neighborhood, staff and never have any problems. They are great at keeping up the property up, just repainted the buildings and repaved the parking lots.
Need to solve flooding issue, provide in unit internet access, improve exterior, and amenities.
I like the location. It is a quiet neighborhood.
they scrubbed the breezeway of all the dog wee wee They always take care of everything promptly
Because I don't like being threatened in anyway for being late with my rent. The lease does not physically give a deadline for last day to pay rent, just says for late fees.....
