I have lived here for 2 years and never had any problems...
This place can't be beat! The apartments are beautiful, large, and well spaced. No smells, no dirt, and no stains. I'm the GM of a hotel so I take cleanliness serously, this is truly a great place. Management is great, quick to work with you on any issues. Noise problems? Nope! And if someone turns the music to to loud(my one and only issue) you can contact the manager and she will take care of it! Clean pool, great dog owners, and near everything. 5+
The parking availability is horrible and there shld b more thn 1 parking space fr each apt, especially with roomates
I was a little disappointed at the apartment's condition upon move in. There were a lot of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed that I would think should have been taken care of before my arrival. Nevertheless, things are progressively being fixed although I am still patiently waiting for some carpet to be reupholstered.

For The Pinnacle Apartments :From I-75 North, exit 131, Daniels Parkway and go west approximately 5 miles to US-41 and go north (right). Travel 1.5 miles, passing Crystal Drive and make a U turn heading south. Turn right on Pinnacle Drive and the leasing office is just ahead. From I-75 South, exit 136, Colonial Drive and go west approximately 4.5 miles to US-41. Turn left on US-41 and travel south approximately 1.5 miles to Pinnacle Drive.
