Starting with the day I moved in, my apartment wasn't ready at the time promised, nothing was replaced or clean, everything was broken starting day 1. I've been living here about 4 mo the now, and not a single thing has been matinenced, the stack is larger day by day. My rent is never the same, it has increased by over $100 in the course of 4 months. The most disturbing thing of all, my apartment has accumulated black mold and the health department was contacted, Matinence only sprayed over it.

Poor maintenance. Gym not available for all residents use due to hours. Laundry facilities dirty and broken. Toilet in unit has been broke over month. Large hole in closet wall. Ceiling leak. Possible mold. All issues which have been reported and still nothing fixed.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
