Go through one stoplight and Island Club will be 1 mile ahead on your right, between the Pelican Bay Golf Course and Filutowski Eye Center. The leasing office will be immediately on your left. From the Beachside, take the bridge inland via Highway 92/International Speedway Blvd. Turn left onto Clyde Morris Blvd where you'll pass Embry Riddle University. In approximately 2 miles, turn right on Beville Rd. Go approximately 3/4 mile and Island Club will be on your left, between the Pelican Bay Golf Course and Filutowski Eye Center. 3 Reviews for The Granite at Porpoise Bay
For the most part we really love our stay here at the Granite for the past two years. The reason I gave it Good instead of Excellent is due to the fact that when there are maintenance issues it tends to take a while to get fixed. Often times the pool will be shut down for maintenance with a re-open date of Monday, but then will not be able again until that following Thursday or Friday. The hot tub has been closed down for many months now with no sign of it being repaired
The office does not always have the best follow through when dealing with things, or returning phone calls.
Lots of bugs even after pest control came, we (residents) cleaned, and we sprayed. It takes maintenance some time to work on something a light fixture took almost a week to acknowledge. Washing Machine doesn't agitate and maintenance said it works fine, it also reverses water temperatures I.e. Turn to hot for cold water to come. Hot tub has not worked since we moved in, in April.
