Just that I enjoy living here and feel very much at home and feel safe. The staff from the leasing office to the maintenance crew are awesome and always there.
This is my second lease with AMLI. I have lived in 2 different locations and Toscana Place is very conveniently located when looking at major roads, highways and shopping needs. Management is very courteous and always aims to please and satisfy their tenants. I have had a few issues with critters, that took a few attempts to resolved but I do not hold management accountable for this - I believe the problem lies with the pest control company. That being said, the place is overall very nice. The rent is a bit above average but the units are great. Value fro money on a 10-scale would fall on a 6-7. There is no clubhouse that can be rented which is disappointing - however outdoors areas are abundant and useful.
It was a great place to live. Unfortunately, the management team let little problems go and now the community is overpriced for what you are getting.
AMLI Toscana Place is a truly a disapointment. There was a roach infestation in the apartment we moved into and we were not aware of it until after all of our things had been moved in. We had to repack all of our belongings and are currently living with the roaches while they are being treated. This problem should have been noticed and addressed before anyone was allowed to move in.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
