I was shopping around for a house when I stumbled across Jefferson Monterra. When I show the model apartment, I asked the leasing representative, "Why do I need to buy a house when I have everything here?" The model apartment that I saw was exactly what my actual apartment looks like. It's very queit here. Office staff are wonderful! I would definitely recommend the move.
I lived in nice apartments before, but Monterra is clearly in different class. It feels like I'm living a nice hotel in Orlando. I like everything about the place: Location, room sizes, gym, lounge, and pool.
Great place to live in. Friendly staff, neighbors, good location, very organized. The Best!
This place we can call Home
It has been very nicely kept with a few exceptions and being brand new hard not to like. I do have one negative and it's w/the trash collection. It seems trash is left on the stairwells from falling out of bags or containers used to carry it down the steps. Also, liquid trails down the stairwell causing stains and what seems like more maintenance washing concrete. Very minor detail but just wanted to pass that along to see if anything could be done. Thank you!
