I like the location and the facilities are all very nice but it takes a while for work orders to be processed.I have also had a few issues with charges on my rent that were incorrect.
I became a resident, I was charged for my pet($399.00). When the security gate came I got my sticker. I was asked if I had my pet sticker, I was given one. Then i was charged again $399.00 again. Not fair. I also have to deal with roaches daily. Yuck.....Im very unhappy with my home
The residents are pretty filthy. Trash is left in hallways, grocery carts on property, and before the trash valet, the dumpsters were poorly managed. The staff doesn't do inspections nor do they respond quickly to complaints. There's been a water leak in the hallway below us and it hasn't been fixed (not from rain). Since the complex got the trash valet, residents have been keeping their garbage can outside their doors and dumping their trash in it.
The rent is way too much and too many cockroaches.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
