Bradenton Reserve management
We moved into the apartments before the ownership swap, so our apartment smelled a little off in one corner near the entry. Aside from that we've been very happy with the speed and attention they've given our concerns and issues, as well as providing us new appliances and a discount on the washer/dryer combo we already had. Parking on weekend evenings is a major hassle after 6 PM, but there hasn't been an overabundance of noise.
Nice community nice area just like any apartment building their loud neighbors and you can hear people next door. Great maintenance staff and maintenance request usually done same or next day. The only issue I have is the rent is way to high for what we have and emergency maintenance calls take over an hour or two before they call you
I have to pay a fee to pay rent
Thank you for your feedback about our rent payment options. If you are choosing to pay your rent online there is a fee if you choose to use a debit or credit card. However, if you use your checking account and routing number there is no fee to pay your rent. I hope this helps solve the issue you are having with your rent payment. Bradenton Reserve Management
When my lease was up in May 2015 rent was raised $201.00, this is absolutely uncalled for. Renovations were done to complex and apartments but because I didn't move out I was still given the increase but NO BENEFITS!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
