Blue Heron is a great place to live. The property management company is very responsive and both the residents and the property management company take pride in keeping the complex clean and updated. The amenities such as the pool area and the gym are very well kept.
The grounds are well kept, Maintence requests are answered very quickly. My apartment is beautiful, I love the curved arches and my porch. My apartment is made with the handicapped in mind; specificity the bathroom is huge. It has no tub but a walk in shower. It is open and airy and it has a washer and dryer. I love it. Oh, and the cabinet space is impressive. I was looking for something and discovered I had another empty one. The office staff are delightful.
The staff are knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Helpful and personable. Amenities are great.
We moved here in July and have had a wonderful experience. There are tons of amenities like saltwater pool, cabanas, gym, stand up tanning bed, free bike rentals, tennis court, cycling room, grills, game area... The list goes on... They'll give you a 5% discount if you're a student or teacher in manatee/lecom which is nice. Office staff is always available to help with any concerns.... Apartments are clean and new... Pest control will come upon request... Overall wonderful experience so far
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
