The apartments have a nicely designed floor plan layout. The community is very clean.
It's been a very good experience and I see myself renewing in January: however; if the rent is increased, I might have to move on because there was a substantial increase this year.
I haven't been here very long, but what initially attracted me to Stonybrook was the floor plan, having a garage with private entry, the fact it is a gated community, and the cost. The office and maintenance staff have been very kind. My only problem is the family with small children that live above me who recently moved to an apartment with upgraded floors. All day I can hear the kids running and jumping on the floors. The walls are very thin. I don't think families with small children should move to a 3rd floor apartment with the upgraded floors. It is common courtesy to whomever lives below them.

Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
