Sick place, great people, wonderful community!
It's a very nice, quiet community with a great location right next to the Boca Town Center. The staff is great. I moved from a large home, yet the apartment more than meets my needs, especially with an outside storage unit and a large kitchen pantry. I never hear my neighbors. Overall, I am very pleased.
We immigrated to the US from Sweden a little more then a month ago. We found out about Gables town colony online and spoke to Janis by email and phone. Already from the start she gave 100% perfect service. After arriving we did also look at other places but after visiting Gables town colony we knew we found home. Janis understood our case and our papers and we are now happy residents in this great community. It is well taken care of with a beautiful pool and barbecue area. The service is great and fast in its response. Janis and her team does a terrific job at looking after everything. We would easily recommend anyone to live here if they want a good quality rental.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
