We've been very happy. Any repairs that needed to be made were made in a very timely manner. The staff has been friendly in all aspects.
The residents are very pleasant and the staff is outstanding. Close to shopping, church, hospital and medical community.
Roach, ant, and termite infested since day 1. Must sprinkle cinnimon everywhere or else ants take over.
Multiple attempts for get things fixed (water heat, termites, hole in screen). It seemed to take a long time to get down the chain, then the repair guy shows up unscheduled at almost 9 at night. Literally got laughed at when I told the first to repair guys that the water only stayed hot for 5 minutes in the shower. Things break as soon as I touch them (blinds, shutters, "renovations").
office staff can be rude at times. I try to avoid contact with them. The building is old and there are no up grades been done on the inside of the apartments. When ever something doesn't work in the apartment the maintenance do patch up jobs instead of replacing, so you will always encounter the problem. Rent goes up and the apartment still looks run down. I have to deal with big roaches in my apartment. When I moved in I find a hole in the cabinet. The bathroom sinks has been painted over so.
The touch-ups to the paint, drywall, trim, caulking, etc. are pretty bad but for the price, those details don't bother me too much. Staff is great, grounds are maintained, no complaints at all.
