My wife and I have been here for 6 months and we love it here. Location is perfect, close to the mall and restaurants. Also it's not overpriced like most Altamonte apartments the only reason we would move is because we are expecting baby #2 soon so we need 3bedrooms.
The residents are very pleasant and the staff is outstanding. Close to shopping, church, hospital and medical community.
My air conditioning would break on a monthly basis, and apt would just put bandaids on it so that it would break a week or two later. Because of this, there were some weekends and days at length that I had to live elsewhere and the staff was reluctant to give me a discount on rent. My power bill skyrocketed and with Florida tempteratures, I had to finally give my 60 day notice because the conditions were unlivable.
At first when I moved in 9 years ago the complex I had to go through an act of congress to move in. After a few years it seemed as of they would let any one live there office staff was kind however I was a bit disappointed that when I didn't re new my lease for the tenth year because I purchased a home I still had to pay for 2 days for the month of June. I guess they needed the money to replace the "lovely" green carpet.
They couldn't fix our air for months. After 2 months with our power going on and off and having to throw out food... Then they just tell us they will let us break our lease cause they won't fix it with us still living there. So we had to move out halfway through our year lease with no air. In the summer. I will never ever deal with this place again.
