It's an alright place. Plan to move out of here as soon as i can.
Berkshire is pretty good. The staff is great but the gym needs to be better.
I would normally recommend this place to friends at AU, but given the terrible performance of the Berkshire? Absolutely not. You can publish any of my negative comments, if you wish!
College kids are too loud.
Acceptable for undergraduate student living, but nothing after that. I will be moving out even before I graduate. Front desk staff is frequently argumentative, sassy, or they just ignore you. Leasing office hours are also unhelpful for those who work/have class from 9-5, which are the same hours as the office so questions or issues that need to be dealt with require going to class/work late or leaving early. There are some improvements to the grounds themselves, but won't consider recommending until apartments themselves are renovated (especially the floors, wood or carpet).
