I've lived in a few different apartments communities, and The Berkshire stands out as the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever worked with. I accepted a new job and had to move from another city within two weeks. From the beginning, every member of the Berkshire staff was ready to help make the move in process quick and painless. Since moving in, multiple members of the staff have helped me with directions and getting to know the area. They've really made this new city feel like home, and I greatly appreciate it. As far as the apartment itself, it's everything I was looking for. The condition of the apartment on move in day was impressive, particularly for a building this old. I haven't faced a single problem with appliances, and the walls and floors look fantastic. Overall I've had a wonderful experience, and I plan on staying with The Berkshire community for many years to come.

I've really enjoyed my stay here so far. The comfortable/relaxed environment is very nice. I also really enjoy the free amenities, like the wifi cafe, fitness center, and parking behind the building. It's a very accommodating building.
Location, location and location is The Berkshire. The property has a mixed age group and is well maintained. My apartment was completely renovated with all new full size appliances including a dishwasher. Bus stops are right at your front door. Gym renovations underway with all new equipment. But the best feature is "Reyna's Market" a true lifesaver. Coming home on a cold rainy night only to have to head downstairs and stock up on everything including wine or liquor is the bomb!
