My experience at Gables City Vista has been wonderful so far. Friendly, knowledgeable staff made a smooth transition from my previous apartment and really sealed the deal for me. Having great management goes a long way! For a studio in DC my apartment is a generous size and for a good price. I love coming home to Gables!
Gables City Vista is a beautiful apartment building with friendly staff and a very convenient location. The amenities are excellent, including a newly renovated gym, and lounge area with complimentary coffees and teas.
This was my first move to city life and it's been fantastic. It's conveniently located for great night life, but it's also really quiet for when you want a night in. If you're a student moving to the area, this is a great option!
Great building - convenient to the metro, grocery store, restaurants and bars. Moving in went smoothly, but glad that we reserved the elevator well in advance. Our new place is very nice and the very minor maintenance we've had done since moving in was completed the same day as the service request. The staff has been very helpful and the other residents are quite friendly. Only problem so far was being stuck with Comcast, which is the only cable/internet available in units above the 5th floor. We've been recommending this building to our friends and hoping they'll join us!
The staff are friendly, requests are always tended to quickly and courteously, and the building is always clean and well maintained. I've enjoyed living here and have not had a single bad experience!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
