The living experience has been wonderful. It started in the summer, where we felt like we lived at a resort with the pool and other amenities. We have never had any major problems with our apartment, and anytime something went wrong, the maintenance team fixed the issue very soon after reporting it. The only minor issues are the maintenance of the driveway which we are concerned has affected our car, and the seeming lack of flexibility on a move out date as we are trying to purchase a home. We have been good tenants and would appreciate working with us without having to pay an exorbitant price to stay on for an extra 10 or 30 days after our lease expires.
There is nothing to not like about living at FAA. The staff are the friendliest people I've met, and the building is a welcome retreat from the 9-5 grind. I know that my dog and I will be happy here for the remainder of my lease and beyond.

Outstanding. The Flats Conceirge is always adding community activities to engage residents in community activities. It is more like living at a resort that a facility.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
