Moving into AVA H Street was a smooth and seamless process due to the friendly staff that was helpful and responsive throughout the process!
The building management team is incredible - so helpful and responsive to everything. The building is extremely clean, modern, and full of very welcoming residents. It's dog-friendly, and conveniently located to tons of great restaurants and the metro. Love my time here so far!
Ava H is an astounding apartment complex that offers unparalleled room features and a wonderful community setting. Not only are the rooms well-designed and quiet, but the apartment complex is also conveniently situated near the grocery store as well as a number of other respectable restraunt establishments. The parking garage is spacious underground. In so far as transportation, zip car is around the corner and Union Station is within walking distance. I give Ava H my highest recommendation. If you're looking for staff who care about you, this is the place you want to be.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
