The apartment is always very quiet and pleasant. It is very well-designed so that there is plenty of natural light during the day, everything is very functional, and it feels very spacious. When something breaks it is fixed immediately and the management is very attentive to resident needs. The grounds are always well-maintained. I work from home and enjoy being here all day.
Parking is atrocious. When it snows, you slip and slide and have to hunt for a parking space. Besides that- this is the best place I've ever lived. The apts are huge for what they cost. The appliances are top of the line- not cheap stuff. The area is quiet and the amenities are terrific. All of my maintenance issues are cleared up shockingly fast. The leasing staff is friendly even after you move in. Any emails I send are promptly answered. This place should teach classes on how to run complex.
The complex is very clean, well landscaped, and mostly quiet. There may be some noise in the evenings and on weekends, but it's not beyond reason and to be expected with the number of neighbors and kids around. The residents seem very respectful of others, and the staff/maintenance are friendly and quick to respond to issues. I live in an area with plenty of parking, but I could see finding a spot being an issue if I lived in the center area. That said, there are plenty of spots on the periphery
Everyone on staff is friendly and responds quickly to your requests. The grounds are amazingly clean and well kept. The pool is wonderful for everyone. I feel safe for myself and entire family.
