I Think that the office personnel are great,and willing to help you with any need even if it`s minor,and the maint response time is excellent.
Treated like family by office management staff. Maintenance requests are seldomly required and are responded to promptly. Facilities are kept in excellent condition with any non-compliance issues dealt with professionally and courteously. Inconveniences for major projects are acknowledged in advance and are kept to an essential minimum. I feel safe and well cared for in my community at Barrett's Run.
Great place to rent! They take care of their residents and when/if we have any problems, theh handle it ASAP...
Everything is excellent except that some of my neighbors smoke on the stair way despite leasing office notification. We should have strict no smoking policy.
I believe they really try to give you the best service they can. They have been very responsive to any complaints or problems I have had. I find the other residents to be very respectful.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
