Service calls are done as fast as possible with care, the staff is courteous and helpful.
I do see maintenance people working every day to keep the surroundings clean; the pick up trash every morning. All employees are courteous. It would be nice if you could find a gentle way to sensitize tenants not to throw trash mindlessly on occasions in the parking area (centralizing the trash area is an excellent idea).
They have good customer service and the maintenance staff are very efficient . Overall I enjoyed staying at hunters crossing apartment,it was a place I called home.
The Time was right to Move in! We were Moving from Out of State,at the Time we had Retired and we Worried about the Cost of Living on a Budget,also it has Free Heating,which was 1 of our Worries,Plus the Rent was Very Reasonably! We are so Glad that we Chose this Place! We Very Happy to be Here.
Overall I am very happy with my apartment. It's been about a year and I feel that the team at hunters crossing really work hard to keep the apartments maintained. If there is a maintenance issue they are are on it almost immediately. The price is most definitely reasonable with heat and hot water included, they have a fitness center and a swimming pool that my family loves. Not to mention a member services that allows you to use computers, fax or print to handle your busines.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
