Carpet needs replacing, always an issue with the roof. Feel management more interested in the money than the overall up keep of the property.
The carpets are done every time a new resident moves in to an apartment. As with any home, cleaning and up keep are the responsibility of the individual living there. The building is maintained daily and any issue is addressed immediately once it is brought to our attention. We strive to keep everyone happy.
