when ever I have a problem they take care of the problem quick
Very fair on rental cost for seniors, very responsive to problems.
I have only lived here a short while but the buildings and grounds are kept immaculate and the one time I needed maintenance, they came promptly. They were courteous and fixed the problem immediately. During the big snow we had, the complex was plowed all night and the sidewalks and steps shoveled first thing in the morning. My only wish is that each apartment had a designated parking space. I work nights and get home around 4am and have to park out on the main street walking quite a distance.
Support staff is professional and charming. Grounds are nicely kept. Best complex in Delaware!
The staff is very nice and caring and the Communtiy is quiet
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
