Everyone in the office and maintenance staff have been extremely helpful and kind. The only thing I'm not satisfied with is parking.
I wish that corporate and the office would be on one accord regarding information such as rent due amounts and renewals of lease. The lack of communication causes a trust issue with the manager and the tenants. Also wish that there was bette customer service so that the tenants could speak with someone in corporate if there may be an issue with any information at the office. I will say that the maintenence and office staff are friendly and provide a comfortable environment. The community is a safe environment to raise a family. Thank you for reviewing my concerns and compliments.
Somewhat noisy between apartments through ceiling.
1. Please be more attentive to people with pets, they do not clean up after their pets like they should. There are also residents from across the street that bring their pets on this property and don't clean up after them
2. Even after coating and remarking the parking spots, people still don't have enough respect for other residents to be able park between the lines of a parking space.
Mailboxes are not large enough and not very secure. It would be nice to have a larger box as well as a box to drop off out going mail.
Hall carpet in my building, 912 Cherry tree lane is really dirty...having clean carpet would make the area much nicer...

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
