My not so quite satisfaction level in regards to parking at the community is partly due to the fact that there is an automobile that has been somewhat abandoned in front of Unit 1220. It has not moved in months and its tags are expired. It may not even belong to a resident here. A black Volkswagen with PA tags. This vehicle is taking up much needed space for residents. There is another resident, that when he gets in and out of his car, he has a habit of opening his door as wide as possible to get himself in and out that he causes scratches on other vehicles while doing so. We all know he is handicapped and has trouble accessing his vehicle but no one wants to park next to him because he is ruining our paint jobs, in a way he is taking up three parking spots. I know you can't do anything about him but getting that abandoned vehicle out of here would open one more spot. Overall I like this place.
Make sure to keep in touch more with residents and return calls or emails.
Residents who own dogs should be better monitored about picking up after them.
Advertise that there are 3 bedroom units.
A fenced area to allow your dog to run would be nice. It seems that most of the common area is not used for any particular use. Additionally, the tennis court seems to be a major waste of space that could be utilized in a better manner. Perhaps an outdoor cooking area where to community would have a better chance of interacting with each other would be another better use of all of this space. It also seems as though the trash units are not capable of handling the amount of waste being produced by tenants as of late, as they are often overflowing.
