The community is well taken care of and very peaceful. I never have to feel concerned about my car or property. They offer unique incentives like a community garden, dedicated dog park and bike rental. Along with a nice business center, gym and kitchen for free breakfast.
Community is safe, immaculately maintained, and leasing office staff are friendly and attentive.
The mai,nt crew is the best
The Korman staff are contientious however, sometimes emails or requests have been lost in the shuffle or the maintenance men get a little mixed up on requests.
For the last 2 years, I have noticed a decline in care for the property and amenities. There are no incentives for being long-term residents.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
