If you work in NYC (or anywhere off the Metro North) and own pets - Postmark is an outstanding apartment solution for you. The building is conveniently located off I-95 and the Metro North, is surrounded by a dozen convenient shops, restaurants, and even a dog day care facility, and has wonderful grounds to walk your dog. While it is not inexpensive to live here, your money goes a long way - and to get the same level of space and service inside NYC you'll be paying at least twice as much.
This is a great community with a really cool vibe and great tenants. The building is well managed and in such a great location. I never thought I would like living so close to so many people or being in an urban area, but both of these things are now such a plus. I have made many friends and love that I can walk across the way to have a drink or grab a bite to eat with friends inside or outside of the community. I also like the clean, spacious open and modern feeling of the apartments. This was what I was looking for when I moved out of a big house. I really like it at Postmark!
We have loved our community so far. The apts are clean, well designed, staff has all been wonderful, package notification very soon after the truck arrives, beautiful apts, lots of light, cabnets in kitchen have so much space!!! Pets are everywhere!! :) the surrounding area has restaurants in walking distant, your by the water and have access to paddle boards and kayaks in the summer, pool BBQ area is great!! Yoga, Walgreens are walking distant and fairway groceries are a short drive or walk away. The train is 10 minute walk if you miss the bus. We love it! There's one things that could make this area/community even better is some shops by the water, maybe one day.
I called the leasing office and I believe I gave them a 5 day timeline from that call until when I needed to be physically in the apartment. During the process the team moved so quickly I was not able to keep up, and I was the one who almost caused a delay. I was also shown a much nicer apartment than the one I was looking at, which came at a better value.
We are loving our move into postmark apts. it's great community, clean, extremely dog friendly and beautiful quiet apts!
