A great blend of location, luxury and value.
Found out about this place when the leasing agent from my previous apartment building sent me an email advising he was working here now. Set up an appointment to take a look see and fell in love at first sight. The building was still under construction at the time and the model apartments were absolutely phenomenal ! Such a step up from the place I was currently residing in (and looking to get out of as soon as my lease was up). From the fixtures to the space, to all the extras both in the apartment and the amenities. Greystar must also have a top notch training program because all of their staff members are a level above professional. I've already heard that more and more of the friends and families I left at the old place are coming here as well so there will be some friendly faces soon and we can all have a good laugh at how we managed to escape the old place.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
