The Avalon Norwalk is like living in a luxury hotel! The buildings are bright and cheerful. During the day I don't even need to turn on lights. The buildings are constantly being cleaned and maintained. The leasing office was incredible and made my transition smooth and seamless. The location is incredible. I have already recommended living here to quite a few of my friends and I have only been here a month.
Great community. Very clean, quiet yet inspiring. The amenities are excellent. I particularly love the Gym and Rec Center. Parking is amazing. Feels like 5 star hotel experience everyday I wake up.
Great service, well kept place, convenient location...
Fred and Eric are the best!! I was suppose to be moving in dec 2014 I was upset about it because I was in a rush to move soon. Fred called me and did everything he could to speed up process and got me to move a week after I got in contact with him!! I thank him so much! And Eric is nothing but a sweetheart! He answered all my questions and talk me through the lease agreement and features.. Love this place !
My experience at Avalon Norwalk has been a very positive one. The leasing office team and the maintenance team are very attentive and try their best to ensure quick and easy resolve to any issue that may arise. This has certainly helped to alleviate any stress related to moving, especially since I have relocated from across the country.
