The Villages at Shore Landing staff is professional and on the ball. They are quick to address issues, put on a lot of great community events and are always pleasant go deal with.
Both office and maintenance personnel answer questions and respond in a timely manner. All personnel are friendly and helpful.
The place is kept very clean, the staff is friendly and accomodating. Repairs are done quickly and the staff is always available.
It's nice that there is a pool and gym facilities. But they are very strict on other things. No items in the hallway, including welcome mats. You can't have a grill here or any outdoor items. You also cannot have dish tv and are forced to get regular cable which is expensive here. We have a one bedroom and our heat and hot water is included. Which is great except for they turn the heat off early in the year and don't turn it back on until a certian date usually after you're already freezing.
The only reason it gets this is the inability to take baths vice showers.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
