The personalities of ALL employees are outstanding.
Overall Westville Village is a comfortable and safe place to live. Staff are responsive and friendly and take the time to get to know residents.
The apartment complex houses several inconsiderate tenants and with the recent change in management, things are improving.These difficult tenants are being held accountable and I am hopeful this will continue. I recommend when new tenants move in that the office staff take the time to physically walk them throughout the property, such as showing where the rubbish room is located, verbally explain rubbish room etiquette, when garage level dumpster is located.
I like the gated community for security.
