Town Place in Middletown, ct has been a wonderful experience. The grounds are immaculate considering that there are dogs allowed. The maintenance staff are very efficient and do an excellent job of keeping our common areas and homes beautiful. Also, whenever there has been a problem within my apartment such as a leak or general upkeep, they attend to it immediately and schedule it within a day or two and then it is done perfectly.The office staff are friendly,warm and quickly attend to our needs
The Management staff and maintenance are exceptional and always react promptly to any apartment issues, the grounds are well kept and management has done a wonderful job of upgrading the windows, sliders and hallways. I have lived in my apartment for over 15 years as there is no other apartment complex like this in the area with this level of top notch customer service and beautiful grounds.
When There Is An Issue Regarding A Problem Inside The Residents It Is Addressed Very Quickly And The Same Goes With Anyone We May Have An Issue With.
It's a perfect location, quiet area, clean apartments and the staff is always so helpful.
I have rated Town Place as excellent for the following reasons:
1.) Clean, modern apartments. Always receive comments that our apt is one of the nicest people have seen.
2.) Management staff is great & maintenance responds & fixes all issues within 24 hrs.
3.) Great value for money & location is good. Rent for comparable apartments in other towns is much more pricey.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
