I have been here for over 6 years and I am sarisfied
Too expensive. The apartments are designed badly. Lack of storage space and lot of space wasted.
Many garage doors are dented which means maintenance is being neglected. It just dose not look good! Also, the Street Light Pole that was hit by a vehicle has not been replaced. Something needs to be done about the Dumpster Area. Often people leave garbage next to the dumpster instead of inside it!
Peaceful ....people office excellent helping me
Although the location, recreational amenities, and condition are all very high quality, some maintenance requests are put off, parking is terrible and overall cost for square footage and value are extremely high. Our apartments main road is also often used for a cross through path for non-residents to maneuver through traffic in the local township.
