The area is peaceful, clean, and located near a lot of highways and stores. I didn't think by the appearance of the exterior that the homes would be great, but they actually were in my unit . This place permits dogs, and I will say that for the most part, the owners kept them in a good manner and minimum noise.
Property is always clean, I've never had an issue with parking and all of the residents I've met have been great people. It's very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping centers.
In the beginning everything was great, however, living here turned out to be horrible. These apartments are a hot spot for mold, the property only cares to get your money. They don't work with you! I would look elsewhere, somewhere that you would be happy paying over $1400 for a two bedroom.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
