Have lived here since 1998.
Great customer service to me. THey were great when I first moved in and then when I moved to a two bedroom. The maintenance fellows were right on the spot after hours when I had a water heater problem...replaced it right away...and cleaned up. Great! They also pitched in to help me carry a treadmill to my apartment when I was moving. Cant ask for better act of kindness!
Size of the unit, value for the money, close to Pkwy and interstate, quiet community, laundry, leasing office and maintenance on site.

Apartment is in good condition with a very nice view surrounded by trees & birds and the management and staff are really good and friendly only problem I have faced is with the residents who keep stealing the designated parking space allotted for my apartment which is trivial & childish.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
