The maintenance team is phenomenal and answers all requests in a timely manner. The apartment is beautifully kept with a porch option and fireplace. It is a nice, quiet, neighborhood and pet friendly.

Multiple issues such as heat breaking in winter and ac breaking in summer. Difficult to get ahold of anyone or not responsive to requests. No one is in office during the day.

The management did not uphold portions of the lease agreement especially when apartment needed repair. The management was constantly sticking notes on your door for pest control and for fire alarm checks. When these requests were posted your pet had to be removed from the apartment.This was kind of hard since there was a large window of time the maintenance had to be done. It was too bad that there were coach roaches!!!! The apartment was small, pricey and the fireplace flew could not be closed!
