When I initially moved to CT, I was a little apprehensive about paying a lot higher for rentals and not getting my money's worth for it. Avalon Darien put all my concerns to rest !! The premium rates here are well worth it. The great staff, extremely prompt maintenance, very safe neighborhood, schools for my children, amenities, accessibility to key services etc., contribute to a great experience. And, like they say, some things - you really can't put a price to.

Living at Avalon Darien has been an extremely positive experience. The staff in the leasing center are friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. When we moved in, our apartment was in pristine condition. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained (even with the excessive snowfall this winter). We have nothing but great things to say about Avalon Darien and would definitely recommend to friends.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
