Avalon danbury is a quite, clean, affordable community with all the amenities you would want in an apartment home. For all aspects of where you are in your life...married, with kids, downsizing, or first rental. It fits the needs and wants of all.

As a new resident of Connecticut I could not have been greeted any better than moving into a Avalon community. Avalon has set the standard for exceptional living and luxury in a apartment community. They stand clearly above the competition with superior service and management . The property is beautifully landscaped and maintained in a fashion that when you come home it's so refreshing and energizing . I am truly proud to call this my home !
It's been a week here and I am nothing but pleased with Avalon. I feel safe and the environment is peaceful. The apartments are very spacious and I love the cleanliness when we first moved in. Anyone looking for an apartment should think about Avalon.
