Facilities and services are excellent.
Friendly, courteous, proffessional
Rent was a little high for what we were hoping to pay but the amenities were great! Our major complaint is that maintenance was always slow to get to us the few times we needed help and we just learned to live with some things like a leaky kitchen faucet, etc. Overall though we are satisfied.
I love the location next to the train depot. Beacon Mills Apt is in a historic building, away from the crime belt in Bridgeport and out in the suburb.
People with pets and there are many simply do not pick up after their pet's droppings. feces was everywhere this winter.
Insulation from the large old style single glass window is not existent which results in high heating cooling bills. The mechanical door locks to get into the apt never work.
The positives outweigh the negatives for me
I love my unit, I have just renewed my lease again and I enjoy living here. It's quiet and comfortable, and any problems are addressed accordingly. It's a convenient area while also being removed from the cities. I recommend living here to friends frequently.
