Bell Flatirons has the best location, only 20 mins to downtown Denver, 38 mins to airport, 12 mins to Boulder!! It is prompt on dealing with repairs! Our apt. has great mountain views! Glad we made this choice!
The amenities are wonderful. It feels like we are living in a resort. The staff is very responsive. We are pleased by our experience here and we plan to live here for several more years.
I would say the overall value is good, and all the amenities are a Nice feature as well. We are in a pretty good neighborhood, with good accesability
