When I first moved in the complex was nice, the management seemed to care, and the price was right. The management then changed, a new staff was put in place, and everything went downhill at that point. They were rude and unapologetic. Raised the rents dramatically, and the maintenance disappeared. Now the management has changed again. We'll see if things improve or not. I'm really curious to see what my rent increase is going to be this time around. My lease is up Aug 31, and I'm searching for other places, just in case.
