I immediately felt at home. I stepped into my apartment and just loved it. The staff is warm and welcoming and very accommodating. I do not have a pet but I love how pet friendly it is.
The Bluffs has been home for almost 4 years. We love the community, the convenient location, the amenities and the caring staff. Would highly recommend The Bluffs to all.
What an incredible location to live in Highlands Ranch. We are close to everything yet are in an oasis of nature and quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. Move in went really smoothly and we love our new apartment, exercise room, and the pool! I highly recommend the Bluffs.
I am really impressed with the Bluffs at Highlands Ranch. The office staff and the maintenance guys are very accommodating, friendly and extremely helpful. I looked at a lot of places but kept coming back to the Bluffs. The apartment layout is great. The landscape is awesome, love the wildlife, listening to the birds...... The residents are very friendly.
