Peakview place is a nice place to hang your hat. The residents and staff are friendly.
I like my apartment a lot central location and close to my work, wish there were a little more storage in my unit but other than that it's great
Really enjoying staying in PeakView apartments because of ample parking, children playground and swimming pool. Onsite maintenance is prompt. Rents have become little overpriced though which is a slight concern as income is not going up but expenses have gone up.
Peakview place is located perfectly near shops, restaurants, and more and the units are spacious and homely, but the staff here is not always pleasant to work with.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

Go east on Arapahoe Road to Dayton turn left. Follow Dayton to Peakview Avenue and turn right. The community is one block down on the left hand side.
