I feel like the grounds are well kept. Maintenance is quick to respond if needed. The leasing office staff are very cheerful and helpful.

well i gave them that score because before i moved in they told me i would have 2 balconys and i currently only have 1.

The office staff has been great to work with. They are very friendly and have responded to anything I need. Maintenance is great and when you put in a request they come in a timely manner. When maintenance does come into the apartment they have always been friendly but at times they have left trash after fixing something. Overall its a great place to live.

Office staff is lacking in more ways than one. Probably the worst staff I've ever dealt with in an apartment complex, several issues have been not been dealt with or dealt with poorly. The property is pretty well cared for, and I am happy at my residence over all. I love the washer & dryer in the apartment, even though small. I have recommended this property to friends based on quality and price.
