A very smooth move-in experience. The office staff were helpful and quickly responded to any issues and questions. We have no complaints.
From my first visit to Bear Creek to the day i moved in, the staff was there every step of the way. I was moving from Tennessee and had little time to get thing done in. Both ladies in the office helped make this a nice move. Thank you both for your help. I wish I had people like you working for me...........................

We moved into Bear Valley Park in January. Our apartment is very spacious and we have two full bathrooms. We are close to the bus transportation, there are grocery stores within walking distance, parks, bike and walking trails close by. It is very quiet here. I have met neighbors in our building and in other buildings and they are very nice. I have not encountered any issues with graffiti, destruction of property or theft. If you have a problem with anything you can let management know and they take care of the issue and follow up right away, usually within 24 hours, maybe 48 hours at the most. One of the neighbors taught my grandson to ride a bike! And we look out for one another too.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
