Well, I feel sorry for the management team and the maintenance guys. The poor guys have to nickel and dime or band aid things. The appliances are old and tired. My stove doesn't have level burners and the burners are hard wired so you can't even remove them to clean. The fridge is not a frost free freezer and this is what we got when they took the other one that froze everything in the fridge. The dryer is old and tired. We have to run everything thru twice to get them to dry. My electric bill for this tiny little place is well over $100 a month. I have talked to some other tenants and they are just as disgruntled because of the old and worthless appliances. I would never recommend to anyone to lease here. We have been here for almost 2 years and I feel like we are paying rent for the owners to pocket because I really don't feel like the tenants are taken care of at all. We got the outside of the buildings painted which I didn't think needed it. The numbers on our door frames are black and the door frames are pained dark so the numbers are very difficult to see. The building numbers are not easy to see either. They are small and up to high and not well lit. We still have old appliances, drafty windows and doors, old furnaces and poor insulation. The interior doesn't even get painted when a tenant moves out. The plumbing is also a problem. We had a faucet replaced and it is made of cheap plastic. There was an inspection on the fireplace. They said it was fine but the flue won't stay closed. We had to put card board over the fireplace to keep the draft out especially when the wind blows. Our lease will be up the end of June. I don't know if many people speak up because I know there are so many military people here they are in and out. We have tried to make this our home but we don't feel like anyone much cares. Thank you.

The kitchen and the bathrooms of the apartment could use some updates. The sound and heat insulation is not very good.
