At Stetson Meadows, you can choose from four different layouts, featuring one-, two- and three-bedrooms. All apartments have either an inviting deck or patio from which you can take in your view. Amenities include a bight and clear swimming pool with an expansive sundeck, a well equipped fitness zone, huge media/great room, playground, and internet equipped business center.

Moving in was a breeze. The application process was easy. Rent is a little on the high side, but acceptable. Maintence is generally very quick. They use brightview landscaping company and they are phenomenal. The staff is courteous and quick. The apartments are pretty spacious. Quiet community. Very friendly. The only bad thing, parking is a disaster. If you get home after 6pm, you will probably have to park extremely far away.
Quite and friendly community. Safe and maintained community for families. Rent is a little pricey, but I won't argue as long as it doesn't change unreasonablly. There are a lot of amenities I enjoy having near by though don't doubt I'll be taking advantage of. The overall design of the community is well thought out and the buildings seem just as well built.
Great move in experience! Great quality of apartment.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
