While looking for an apt - I was greeted with the warmest - of any ever - sincere reception. That warmth has been an ongoing experience as I have enjoyed my HOME here. Though my concerns have been minimal - minor questions - and routine maintenance issues - I have always been treated with GREAT attention and respect.
Issues are ALWAYS dealt with PROMPTLY and in a FRIENDLY manner.
Each contact I have had - with each office person - and, with maintenance person has been a positive encounter.
Management personnel are responsive, positive, and friendly. great place to live.
Great location and a wonderful community! Wonderful for those of us who prefer some peace and quiet!
This community has a stress free living atmosphere. The residents are friends rather than numbers both to each other and to the staff.
This is a community rather than a complex.
There are enough resident activities for all to enjoy if they wish.
I like the staff very much and their interaction with residents, and also like my apartment, location (close to downtown and close to mountains), view (Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods), balcony, garage, and the sense of community.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
