I like this apartment very much. Yellow budding with green Door look so pretty and looooove all the Big trees all over the place, I know it's not fancy nor hip style like the one from NYC but it's so cozy and neat as its age. And also I feel very safe as a single woman. Neighbors are very kind
and the office staffs are wonderful too. Compare to the other apatments in cos, it is definitely nicer, safer environment(the others I took a look as same rent were very dirty and I felt unsafe!)
Problem solving in a quick manner. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Close to Dr and shopping.
Management and office staff is excellent. Fast response for apartment maintenance problems and fixing the problems. Landscaping of the courtyard is poor, it is mostly dirt-very little grass. Laundry rooms are not very clean most of the time. The hallways and stairs to the apartments need air-freshness and cleaning more often.
Could use more modern appliances and fixtures as well as doors. Maintenance is ok but would be nice if they fixed things the first time vs having to cone back multiple to finally decide to replace it. Wish the grounds were more community involved meaning picnic tables for us to hang out and visit with neighbors.
I love living here because of how quaint it is, however with the buildings being renovated, the newer ones cost a little more than I believe they should.
